Spanish Language Regional Conference on Trafficking in Persons in Latin America and the Caribbean

In commemoration of World Day Against Trafficking in Persons (July 30, 2020), the Judicial Power of the Dominican Republic, the Institute of Judicial Studies, UNODC, the Association of Women Judges of Chile, the Association of Women Judges of The Dominican Republic, the RIaDH, the IAWJ, the US Embassy in Chile and the Dominican Republic and the LIBERA Foundation are pleased to invite you to the meeting, dissemination, and reflection on the challenges and alternatives to effectively face and eradicate human trafficking and forced labor in Latin America and the Caribbean.
On International Day Against Trafficking in Persons, the conference will bring together national and international experts, who will share their views on the risks, challenges, and best practices for identifying, preventing and tackling trafficking, forced labor, and forms of modern slavery in Latin America and the Caribbean. The target audience is Spanish speaking judicial actors who participated in the LAC Regional Conference and those interested in justice and institutions in the region.
