The Europe, Middle East and North Africa Conference of the IAWJ and the International Conference on Justice with a Gender Perspective took place on the 25th and 26th of April in Madrid.
For the Conference, the Association of Women Judges of Spain (AMJE) and the Femeris Magazine partnered on a call for papers for publication related to the conference topic: Justice with a Gender Perspective.
In the most recent issue, Femeris included two of the selected articles from IAWJ members: Hon. Beatriz Miranda Verdú (Spain) and Hon. Carla Lendaro (Italy).
Magistrate Verdú wrote about “Neuro-linguistic programming, gender perspective and testimony = Neurolinguistic Programming, Gender Perspective and Witness Evidence.”
Judge Lendaro wrote about “Judging with a gender perspective in the CIVIL jurisdiction: Family issues, separation, divorce custodies and surnames registration.“
