The International Association of Women Judges organizes its membership along five different regional divisions: Africa; Asia and the Pacific; Latin America and the Caribbean, Europe and the Middle East and North Africa; and North America.
Every other year, a member association in the region hosts a regional conference. These conferences take place on the off years between the IAWJ’s International Biennial Conferences and provide the members with a venue to discuss current issues in the region. IAWJ members from outside the region attend to gain comparative experience. Conferences are a great chance to network with judges in your region, attend substantive sessions on pressing issues, and explore a new city.
