Official Statement from the Chinese Taipei Chapter of the IAWJ on the Recent Killings of Women Judges in Afghanistan

Echoing the IAWJ Statement on the Killings of Women Judges in Afghanistan on February 20, our association is immediately responding with a statement in English and Chinese and on the official website.

The statement avows its condemnation of these attacks or any form of violence upon judicial personnel and calls upon the statement issued by the IAWJ to be respected and supported.

We hope that the Afghanistan government will immediately provide women judges that are in danger with effective and protective measures and cooperate in deterring violent threats and attacks on all judicial personnel.
