The Tunisian Association of Women Judges Launches the Handbook of Cantonal Courts

The Tunisian Association of Women Judges (TAWJ) launched the Handbook of Cantonal Courts, which was developed and printed with the support of the Justice Reform Support Program and Democracy International Reporting, at a ceremony organized in collaboration with the Justice Reform Support Program on Friday, November 29, 2019, in the presence of the Minister of Justice Mr. Mohamed Karim Jamoussi.

The main purpose of the guide is to facilitate litigants’ access to justice, by explaining the various procedures and documents requested by the cantonal courts. It will be distributed in collaboration with the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Justice at all cantonal courts.

During the ceremony, the TAWJ also launched its new website, which they developed with the help of the Justice Reform Support Program.
