In Memoriam: Hon. Justice Rita Agyeman-Budu, President of the Ghana Association of Women Judges

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Hon. Justice Rita Agyeman-Budu, President of the Ghana Association of Women Judges, on Friday, 18 July.
Justice Agyeman-Budu will be fondly remembered as the gracious host of the most recent Africa Region Conference held in Accra, Ghana, and for her dedicated service as Chair of the African Region, where she led the successful coordination of the Africa Regional Conference earlier this year in South Africa.
She is survived by her loving husband, two children, and grandchildren. She was 64 years old.
May her legacy of leadership, compassion, and commitment to justice continue to inspire all who knew her.
